A pro-active brand strategist with over 8 years experience telling the stories of high growth, scale-up businesses. I lead memorable, insight driven global brand strategies that drive customer loyalty. As a part of the core Brand Team, I managed the MADE.COM brand from its Series C fundraise ($60M, 2015) through to Series D ($56M, 2018) and beyond. Experienced in brand management within disruptor brands who challenge the status quo, I'm an adaptable and energetic team player who thrives in fast paced environments.

Experience

Zapp // London (May 2021 - Present)

​

Built up the 12 strong UK Brand Marketing team at on demand convenience app, Zapp. I lead the team to deliver best in class brand campaigns, digital projects, events and activations which generate app downloads and brand awareness. A hyper growth venture with huge ambitions, my team work to build up love and loyalty to put Zapp a head and shoulders above the rest.

MADE.COM // London (Oct 2015 - May 2021)

​

I have overall responsibility for the development and delivery of all coverage driving brand  activations to grow awareness + consideration in MADE’s 9 global markets. With a deep understanding of end to end consumer marketing, I am responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing activations and campaigns to grow brand awareness across the UK and Europe. I lead all brand activations and brand partnerships globally, alongside managing regional campaigns in the UK.

 

Previously responsible for PR, Partnerships and Events for the UK Market, ensuring MADE receives the appropriate Share of Voice in the media. We land over 300 pieces of coverage every month, without a consumer agency. Before this, I was responsible for Influencer Marketing and Social Media.

The Other Art Fair // London (May - Oct 2015) 

​

Worked on field marketing and partnerships for Bristol and London. Alongside ensuring a sell-out Private View, I secured and co-ordinated partnerships to bring the brands and artists to life at the fair. Also led the local flyer marketing campaigns in both cities.

New Generation // France (Nov 2014 - Mar 2015)

​

Responsible for maintaining a consistently high brand presence in resort through a mix of marketing channels, including events and field marketing. I organised events and competitions aimed at Seasonnaires to create community and bring people together. 
 

Starworks Group // London (Jul - Sept 2013)

​

Assisted on London Fashion Week events and campaigns, responsible for samples and press office activity for key accounts including Julien MacDonald, Peter Pilotto and Kate Spade. Assisted in execution of major events during London Fashion Week.

HELLO! Magazine // London (Jul - Aug 2012)

​

Worked on the International Features desk, writing and researching articles daily, with a number of articles published in print and online. Drafted articles for the Inside Story section, focusing on celebrity news, and for the London Olympics.

YouTube // London (Jul 2008)

​

Worked on the YouTube Partnership Programme, responsible for placing ads on videos of content creators. I shortlisted the best videos for consideration, and edited the homepage to ensure that they featured, encouraging users to engage with the content.

What does it mean?

Technically, I can authorise the sale of alcohol. More importantly for events, I can request up to 50 TENS per year, compared to 5 for the average Joe.

Food Hygiene Certification (Level 2)

What does it mean?

I'm able to help manage onsite catering and food, legally. I know how to keep people safe, and the do's and don'ts of event catering.
